In the 10th year of the program, Leadership Montana felt a need to build a stronger brand for the organization. Leadership Montana partnered with Wendt to develop the brand and design materials that would assist in image building as well as annual fundraising. Once this new brand was launched, it was time to refresh its website presence with the brand direction and messaging. The number one objective of the new website is to better connect Leadership Montana alumni to one another and to the organization. The second objective is to inform, educate, and engage visitors about the program to encourage applications for participation. Additional objectives include motivating sponsors and donors to support Leadership Montana and to position the Leadership Montana brand as the thought leader through useful and resourceful content.
Wendt was able to deliver Leadership Montana with an updated, modern, intuitive, and responsive website that is an extension of its brand. The site features large heroic imagery, an inviting and modern design, as well as simple navigation and strong calls to action. The new membership directory is a useful tool to help alumni connect across the state. Users can search for individuals by communities and different interests, as well as learn more about one another through photos, bios, and contact information. The new site is integrated with Neon One CRM, Leadership Montana’s database management system. This integration allows for efficient and user-friendly management of the membership directory, event registrations, and donations.

When I was first hired by The Wendt Agency six years ago as a graphic designer, little did I know that just two short years later I would be assisting the creative department in producing full broadcast TV spots for a wide array of clients – from concept to production. And though it’s been a while since my first time on set, it still blows me away that I have been a part of 15 to 20 commercial productions over the past four years!
