What will you do as an Administrative Coordinator? 

  • Be responsible for administrative functions supporting the agency’s accounting, production, and media departments. 
  • Assist controller with inputting vendor invoices, issuing checks, billing Wendt’s clients, and maintaining accounts payable.  
  • Help support team workflow by entering work requests, managing purchase orders and estimates, and providing additional support to our production manager – including the setup and tear down of team meetings. 
  • Work with media buyers, sales reps, and the internal Wendt media team to resolve invoice discrepancies, answer payment questions, and update media databases and schedules.
  • Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and running administrative errands. 
  • Contribute to a supportive work environment and strive to love and live Wendt’s brand pillars.
