Citizens Alliance Bank has been operating in Montana for over 20 years, but had never done any formal advertising. They came to Wendt with the goal of establishing their brand voice to communicate their presence in alignment with the opening of a new bank building in their largest Montana market. We worked with them to define creative messaging goals such as communicating the bank’s locality, integration into their different communities, and sleek, yet friendly Montana attitude. Since the outreach effort was the first, we felt it was a great opportunity to properly introduce the bank. The creative campaign developed was all about communicating their longevity in the community, while still feeling fresh and modern.
